Portions of central and south central Virginia, including the following counties, in central Virginia, Appomattox and Campbell. In south central Virginia, Charlotte, Henry and Pittsylvania.

Through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Between 1 and 2 inches of rain with locally higher amounts are expected through Monday morning.
