At 841 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Clover Fork to 7 miles southeast of Jonesville to 7 miles west of Rogersville. Movement was east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Kingsport, Rogersville, Norton, Wise, Gate City, Big Stone Gap, Surgoinsville, Pennington Gap, Weber City, and Colonial Heights.
