Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1116 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicates steady light rain continues this evening. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain fell earlier this evening, the runoff of which continues to collect in local creeks and streams, holding them at or slightly above bankfull water levels. Localized minor flooding is expected to persist over the next few hours.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Buckskin Creek, Austin Creek, Buffalo Creek, Black Walnut Creek, Bentleys Branch, Bluestone Creek, Banister River and Ash Camp Creek.
