The Flood Watch continues for * Portions of southwest Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia, including the following areas, in southwest Pennsylvania, Fayette and Higher Elevations of Fayette. In northern West Virginia, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker, Marion, Monongalia, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, and Western Tucker.

* Through late tonight * 1 to 2 inches of additional rain is expected across the area.
This rain, along with snow melt in the higher elevations, could result in flooding across portions of the area.
