The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a * Flood Warning for the Ohio River At Greenup Lock.

* From Tuesday morning to Thursday evening.

* At 10:45 AM EST Monday the stage was 46.5 feet.

* Flood stage is 54.0 feet.

* Moderate flooding is forecast.

* Forecast...
The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 56.0 feet early Wednesday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday afternoon.

* Impact...
At 56.0 feet, Several low lying areas flooded and backwater affected on both sides of the river.
