A quick burst of snow will move through the area through 6 AM, resulting in light snow accumulations which may cover roadways. As temperatures drop into the 20s, slick conditions are expected to persist to around daybreak.
Slick spots can be expected on roadways, especially bridges and overpasses. If traveling early this morning, allow for some extra time to reach your destination and be prepared for winter driving conditions.
