At 1215 AM EST, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers along a line extending from near Gallipolis to McClure. Movement was east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Charleston, Huntington, Nitro, Point Pleasant, Gallipolis, Ripley, Madison, Winfield, Logan, Wayne, Hamlin, Racine, Proctorville, Beech Fork State Park, Jefferson, South Charleston, St. Albans, Dunbar, Hurricane, and Barboursville.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 100 and 101, and between mile markers 104 and 162.
Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 11 and 57.
Route 119 between mile markers 1 and 80.
