* At 4:30 AM EST Monday the stage was 29.6 feet.

* Flood stage is 30.0 feet.

* Minor flooding is forecast.

* Forecast...
The river will rise above flood stage early this morning to 33.7 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight to 10.5 feet and begin rising again early Thursday afternoon. It will rise to 11.0 feet early Friday morning. It will then fall again and remain below flood stage.

* Impact...
At 35.0 feet, Several roads along the Guyandotte River between West Hamlin and Ranger are flooded.
