The Flood Warning will expire at 815 PM EDT this evening for portions of central and northern West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Taylor. In northern West Virginia, Barbour, Doddridge, Harrison, Lewis and Upshur.
The heavy rain has ended. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 800 AM EDT Monday for portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, and West Virginia...
