Flood Warning issued February 28 at 8:07PM EST until March 1 at 3:00AM EST by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC
At 807 PM EST, Doppler radar reported an area of heavy rainfall had occurred across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Law enforcement has also reported several instances of high water across roadways, especially in Mineral and western Allegany Counties.
