Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero expected, locally nearing 35 below zero in western Pendleton County.

In Maryland, Eastern Garrett and Western Garrett Counties.
In Virginia, Eastern Highland and Western Highland Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Pendleton, Western Grant, Western Mineral, and Western Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN...
From 7 PM Monday to 11 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...
The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. An extended period of freezing temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes.
