- At 153 PM EDT, The automated gage on Duck Creek below Whipple was in minor flood with a reading of 12.3 feet and slowly rising. At a stage of 12 feet, the intersection of Kohl Road and Whipple Run Road flood due to backwater flooding of Whipple Run. In addition, Route 16 floods above Stanleyville.
