At 447 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding from recent thunderstorms that produced heavy rainfall in the warned area.
Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
