Snow over southern Virginia and northwest North Carolina will continue to move east out of the area and is expected to end before midnight.
Temperatures around the area this evening will be in the lower 20s to lower 30s. Be prepared for changing travel conditions as temperatures slowly drop. Bridges and overpasses will cool down faster than other parts of the road and may have slick spots.
Slow down and use caution when driving.
