Flooding caused by excessive rainfall that occurred overnight is expected.

A portion of northern West Virginia, including the following county, Randolph.

* WHEN...
Until 630 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1233 PM EST, Runoff from overnight rain will cause flooding on Tygart Valley River at Mill Creek this afternoon.
The current gauge is 11.06 ft and slowly rising. This will likely flood county route 39 approximately 225 feet from the bridge heading out of town. Additional minor flooding is possible elsewhere along the river within the areal flood warning and any smaller tributaries flowing into the river.
