At 457 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Hurricane, or 7 miles southwest of Winfield, moving east at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Winfield, Hurricane, Milton, Eleanor, Buffalo, Culloden, Teays Valley, and Fraziers Bottom.
This includes Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 27 and 42.
