Very cold wind chills between 10 and 20 below zero expected.

* WHERE...
In Maryland, Garrett and Extreme Western Allegany Counties. In Virginia, Western Highland County. In West Virginia, Western Grant, Western Mineral, and Western Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN...
From 8 PM Monday to 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...
The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
