THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 629 IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM MDT THIS EVENING FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN COLORADO THIS WATCH INCLUDES 12 COUNTIES IN CENTRAL COLORADO FREMONT TELLER IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO EL PASO IN SOUTH CENTRAL COLORADO COSTILLA IN SOUTHEAST COLORADO BENT CROWLEY CUSTER HUERFANO KIOWA LAS ANIMAS OTERO PUEBLO THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF BLANCA, CANON CITY, COLORADO SPRINGS, EADS, FORT GARLAND, LA JUNTA, LAS ANIMAS, OLNEY SPRINGS, ORDWAY, PENROSE, PETERSON SPACE FORCE BASE, PUEBLO, ROCKY FORD, SAN LUIS, SILVER CLIFF, TRINIDAD, WALSENBURG, WESTCLIFFE, AND WOODLAND PARK.
