* Flood stage is 38.0 feet.

* Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.

The river is expected to rise to a crest of 46.8 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening.

* Impact...
At 46.0 feet, Businesses South of Route 40 (Virginia street) on Wayne and Cabell Streets affected.
