* WHAT...
For the Wind Advisory Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties in eastern West Virginia, west winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts 45 to 55 mph expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 19 below expected.

* WHERE...
Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN...
For the Wind Advisory, from 8 AM to 8 PM EST Monday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 8 PM Monday to 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 19 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
