The river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 28.3 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning.

At 26.0 feet, Basement flooding begins in some homes and businesses in Point Marion.

At 27.5 feet, Flood waters reach the access road to Point Marion Locks and Dam about 0.8 of a mile below the dam.
