* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:00 PM EST Tuesday was 53.2 feet.

* Forecast...
The river is expected to rise to a crest of 53.5 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday evening.

* Impact...
At 53.5 feet, Between 53.5 and 55 feet, Route 60 West, near the Catlettsburg west gate flood wall, near the Ceredo flood wall gate and near the Roby Road flood gate is flooded. The West Gate Special Metals, Buffington Street, 9th Avenue(7th Street), East Gate Special Metals, 5th Avenue and WV State Route 2 (Guyandotte Section) flood wall gates are closed.
