Scattered snow showers will continue across parts of southwest Virginia, southern West Virginia, and northwest North Carolina this morning. Accumulations will generally remain below quarter of an inch, except for higher elevations where amounts could be greater but remain beneath an inch. Accumulating snowfall on roads could make for hazardous travel.
