* At 4:00 PM EST Wednesday the stage was 53.7 feet.

* Flood stage is 50.0 feet.

* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* Forecast...
The river is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow evening and continue falling to 30.7 feet early Monday afternoon.

* Impact...
At 53.5 feet, Between 53.5 and 55 feet, Route 60 West, near the Catlettsburg west gate flood wall, near the Ceredo flood wall gate and near the Roby Road flood gate is flooded. The West Gate Special Metals, Buffington Street, 9th Avenue(7th Street), East Gate Special Metals, 5th Avenue and WV State Route 2 (Guyandotte Section) flood wall gates are closed.
