Portions of southwest Virginia and central, northern, southeast, and southern West Virginia.

* WHEN...
Until 7 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...
Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches causing sporadic power outages.
Periods of blowing snow will be possible causing reductions in visibility.
