Bath County in west central Virginia...

* Until 1100 AM EST.

* At 834 AM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicate that heavy rain has come to an end, with only light showers now passing across the warning area. Flooding is already occurring in Western Bath County. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.

* Flooding is likely across county roads this morning as runoff from last night's rainfall continues to flow into area creeks and rivers. Be especially cautious along roadways near steep terrain, where debris may have been washed onto the road.

Warm Springs, Hot Springs, Mountain Grove, Bacova Junction, Lake Moomaw, Ingalls Field and Callison.
