At 541 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Topnot, or east of Yanceyville, moving east at 15 mph. There were additional strong to severe thunderstorms near Leasburg and Roxboro, also moving east at 15 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Roxboro, Concord, Bethel Hill, Bushy Fork, Hyco Lake, Moriah, Mayo Reservoir, Hyco Marina, and Surl.
