Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches, with localized amounts of 5 inches possible mainly along west-facing slopes above 3000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.

In Maryland, Eastern Garrett and Western Garrett Counties.
In West Virginia, Western Grant, Western Mineral, and Western Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN...
From 10 AM to 10 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday evening commute. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage and low visibility.
