The Flood Warning will expire at 145 AM EDT early this morning for portions of central and northern West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Taylor. In northern West Virginia, Doddridge and Harrison.
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 200 AM EDT Tuesday for portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, and West Virginia...
