Flooding is already occurring in portions of the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Morgantown, Fairmont, Westover, Kingwood, Mannington, Star City, Parsons, Terra Alta, Davis, Thomas, Rowlesburg, Pleasant Valley, Winfield, Barrackville, Monongah, Granville, Fairview, Newburg, Hendricks and Hambleton. Between 0.25 and 0.5 inches of rain are expected this morning before the rain tapers off. |
