Tornado Warning issued March 16 at 11:41AM EDT until March 16 at 11:45AM EDT by NWS Blacksburg VA
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 200 PM EDT for north central North Carolina...and south central, central and west central Virginia.
Remember, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for Pittsylvania County until 1215 PM EDT.
