Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Multiple rounds of heavy showers and thunderstorms are forecast to move across the area beginning this morning, and continuing through this evening. Many areas could see 1 to 2 inches of rain. Areas that see multiple rounds of heavy rain could receive localized amounts of 3 to 4 inches.
