The Virginia State Police and the Virginia Missing Children Clearinghouse have issued an AMBER Alert on behalf of the Norfolk Police Department, for a child abduction that occurred on February 11, 2024 at 0730 hours. The child is believed to be in extreme danger and was last seen on Washington Avenue in Norfolk, VA.

Abducted is Delysia Solei-Promise Jones, 7 months old, black female, black hair, brown eyes, approximately 12 inches long, 17 pounds. She was last seen wearing a gray onesie with colored flowers. The child is believed to have been abducted by Delsean Marquee Mickle, 35 years old, black male, brown hair, brown eyes, 5'8", 160 lbs. Last seen wearing a gray t-shirt and blue jeans.
