At 1129 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of showers and thunderstorms along a line extending from 10 miles northwest of Siler City to 8 miles northwest of Hoffman. Movement was northeast at 40 mph.
Heavy rain and wind gusts up to 40 mph will be possible with these storms.
Locations impacted include...
Burlington, Sanford, Graham, Pittsboro, Carthage, Siler City, Pinehurst, Mebane, Goldston and Liberty.
