Forsyth County in central North Carolina... * Until 1100 PM EDT. * At 755 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms building westward and producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen across eastern portions of the county and should continue to spread west. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar.
