The Flood Warning will expire at 815 PM EDT this evening for a portion of northern West Virginia, including the following counties, Barbour and Randolph.
Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 800 AM EDT Monday for portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, and West Virginia...
