A portion of southwest Virginia, including the following counties, Floyd, Montgomery and Pulaski.

* WHEN...
Until 1100 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 856 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.

Laurel Branch, Greasy Creek, Big Indian Creek, Little River, Big Macks Creek, White Oak Camp Branch, Deepwater Creek, Maple Branch, Little Indian Creek and Beaver Creek.
