At 413 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Enon to near Cooleemee to near Cleveland.
Movement was east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Lexington, Thomasville, Kernersville, Clemmons, Bermuda Run, Huntsville, and Linwood.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 85 between Mile Markers 84 and 112.
Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 182 and 213.
Interstate 73 between Mile Markers 102 and 103.
Interstate 74 between Mile Markers 56 and 74.
