* At 454 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain moving into the warned area. Flooding is ongoing. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen with another inch possible this afternoon and evening.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Weston, Harrisville, St. Marys, Glenville, Middlebourne, Grantsville, Sistersville, Pennsboro, Belmont, West Union, North Bend State Park, Cedar Creek State Park, Arnoldsburg, Jackson Mill, Newport, Matamoras, Ellenboro, Cairo, Sand Fork and Pullman.
Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Strong rises have been seen on Middle Island Creek, and the it is expected to go into flood at Middlebourne shortly.
