Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 820 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Beaverpond Branch, Dreaming Creek, Chestnut Branch, Caldwells Creek, Blackwater Creek, Buck Branch, Buttom Creek, Elk Creek, Bent Creek, Burton Creek, Falling River, Blackfoot Creek and Carters Creek.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
