Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...
For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 10 AM EST Sunday. For the High Wind Warning, until 10 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...
Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
