The Flood Warning will expire at 2 PM EDT this afternoon for portions of northeast Kentucky, including the following counties: Boyd and Greenup; southeast Ohio, including the following counties: Gallia and Lawrence; and West Virginia, including the following counties: Cabell, Jackson, Kanawha, Mason, Putnam, Roane, and Wayne.
Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
