For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills near 10 degrees expected late tonight into Sunday morning.

Edgecombe, Halifax, Harnett, Johnston, Lee, Moore, Nash, and Wilson Counties.

* WHEN...
For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM EST this evening. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 11 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured outdoor objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and result in scattered power outages. Dangerously cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
