Portions of west central Virginia, including the following areas, Alleghany VA and Bath and southeast West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Greenbrier, Mercer, Monroe, Summers and Western Greenbrier.

Through late Monday night.

* IMPACTS...
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rounds of heavy rainfall will track over already saturated soils today and into early Monday morning. This will likely lead to instances of flash flooding.
