The heavy rain has ended. Light rain will continue through daybreak with additional accumulations of between 0.25 inches and 0.50 inches expected. A flood warning remains in effect through 5 AM EST.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 700 AM EST Monday for portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, southwest Virginia and West Virginia.
