The North Carolina foothills and Piedmont as well as portions of the South Carolina Upstate.

* WHEN...
From 6 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
The cold wind chills as low as 5 above zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
