Locations impacted include... Madison, Hamlin, South Charleston, Chapmanville, Ranger, Spurlockville, Harts, Gill, Alum Creek, East Lynn Lake, Kiahsville, Julian, Tornado, West Hamlin, Danville, Turtle Creek, Ashford, Salt Rock, Palermo, and East Lynn.
