Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Some roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 534 AM EDT, trained weather spotters reported lingering high water in some areas due to heavy rainfall on Saturday. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain fell on Saturday.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Parkersburg, Belpre, Vienna, Lubeck, Boaz, Washington, North Hills, Blennerhassett, Waverly, Little Hocking and Willow Island.
