Portions of southwest Virginia and central, northeast, northern, southeast, and southern West Virginia.

* WHEN...
From 7 AM Sunday to 10 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. The extended period of significantly below freezing temperatures could also cause ruptured water pipes.
