At 22.0 feet, Water reaches the fishing pier on right downstream bank At 37.0 feet, Low lying areas of Wheeling Island begin to flood.
At 38.0 feet, Navigation suspended, lock out of service.
At 39.0 feet, The well house and pump are flooded at the Fairway River Links Golf Course in Rayland Ohio.
